I had an appointment at 10:20am on 31/03/25, when I got in my car the battery was flat. I called the surgery and told them and the receptionist (normal one on) with great presence and help said she could rearrange for 12:30 same day I accepted that. So the service, as always, was exceptional and helped me immensely and all done with exemplary professionalism. The treatment today was a hygienist one wit the new Hygienist. She was amazing, very friendly, explained it through and checked my teeth and gave me good feedback so I was happy. And she explained what the next appointment would be and what would be done. Again exemplary service and put me at ease throughout and did it at a good pace so I wasn't in long which I like. So this part was brilliant, the explanation brilliant, the service brilliant, the overall appointment brilliant, now booked in for the next one. Receptionist fantastic, the hygienists fantastic. Thank you and well done.

Every thing about this dentist is first class. All staff are excellent. You are also kept up to date on a regular basis with all your next appointments. Lubnar makes sure she takes care with every patient especially some who may be a little nervous.

The Hygienist, Amanda, was very good and courteous and explained everything to me and made me feel that I was her only "patient", which I'm not, but gave me a good 1:1 type feeling which is important. She also explained it with the use of a mirror which showed me exactly where the problems are.
The reception staff were also very courteous and talked to me brilliantly and very friendly manner,
All were brilliant and a great and great representatives of the organisation.

Staff very welcoming from arrival, Lubna is always courteous and full of advise and remembers my health history and treats me with lots of care & support.
On leaving reception we straight on it booked me in for the next appointment and full of smiles and helpfulness and sent an email straight away so it was there when I got home. Totally happy with the service and will refer on.
